I don't really have any Scottish ancestry besides my great, great grandfather who was born in Glasgow. I've never spoken a word of Gaelic before in my life, but this song just makes me teary eyed; the bond between a mother and her child can be as strong and unbreakable as the Mountains themselves.

This reminds me of when i was little and my mother and i would sit comfortably on a chair in a blanket by the fire on a cold night, i don't remember the last time we've ever done that i know i'm older and it may seem odd to want that again but it's a fond memory and i know my mother will not be alive forever so i will always show her my love and appreciation.
